On August 23, the work scheduling meeting of Hunan International Cultural Tourism Festival (Mangshan) was held in 2019. Wang Jianqiu, Secretary of the County Party Committee, attended the meeting and made a speech. Zhang Runhai, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Governor, presided over the meeting.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of Zou Wenhui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, in his speech on the preparation of the Hunan International Cultural Tourism Festival (Mangshan) and the opening of Mangshan Park, and listened to the report on the preparations for the Festival of the Ministry of Safety and Security, the Preparatory Office, the Etiquette Reception Department, the Financial Management Department and the Propaganda and Planning Department.

Up to now, the preparatory work for the Festival has entered the countdown and the main activities and a series of thematic activities have basically formed. The project construction and preparatory work are progressing smoothly as planned, and the renovation of the surrounding tourism environment is progressing in an orderly manner.

Zhang Runhai requested that we should further strengthen the cooperation between departments, make joint efforts and overcome difficulties to ensure the smooth completion of all work.

Wang Jianqiu stressed that we should further accelerate the promotion of the Festival, and speed up the pace of construction on the premise of guaranteeing quality and safety; should refine the program of activities, coordinate and carefully arrange all kinds of work; should adhere to the principle of science and seeking truth from facts, follow the principle of frugality in running meetings, and manage all kinds of funds to ensure the smooth development of the Festival.
